Dave Tavani is a freelance videographer based in the Philadelphia area. He specializes in creating videos for arts organizations and nonprofits.
Dave regularly works on video projects for McCarter Theatre Center, Bristol Riverside Theatre, The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Discover Jersey Arts, Partners for Sacred Places, Opera Philadelphia, Friends Select School, and The New Jersey Theatre Alliance. In the last year, Dave worked as the director of photography for three segments on State of the Arts, a public television show in New Jersey. He also works on occasional projects for NOVA and PCDI.
Dave also holds an FAA Airman Certificate with an sUAS (small unmanned aerial system) rating, which enables him to fly unmanned aerial vehicles (also know as drones) for commercial purposes in accordance with part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
In the past Dave also did still photography and shot second camera for Danny’s Guitar Shop, a television program that aired on local PBS affiliate WHYY.
